Advocacy

Families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) often face unique challenges, but knowing your legal rights and where to seek help can make a world of difference. As a parent or carer, it’s essential to understand the support your child is entitled to under the law, such as the right to a fair and appropriate education as outlined in the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice. We can help to ensure your voice is heard and your child gets the support they deserve.
